Manufacturing
From inspiration to realization, from design to the finished product, SG has a complete production process where high technology, top quality and priority for customer service are perfectly balanced to produce a range of timeless, classic and genuine fabrics.
SG has an annual capacity of manufacturing 4 million meters of quality fabric. The production activities are carried out on Sulzer Projectile shuttle less machines imported from Switzerland producing varied range of fabrics.
Raw Material
It all begins with procurement. SG invests a large part of its resources in the search of raw materials which comply with the quality standards of excellence. These are stored in a customized protected area in order to exalt their qualities and support their processing.an idea.
Warping
During this phase the longitudinal part of the fabric is prepared for weaving. This is a very complex process and SG’s experienced team does an impeccable work allowing to obtain materials of incomparable quality that adapts perfectly to any stylistic need.
Weaving
Weaving - our core expertise, where all the preceding steps give birth to the final product. Warp threads and weft threads are worked together to create the fabric. Designers and technicians monitor, one after the other, the jacquard patterns, the colors and the work progress that gives birth to SG’s fabrics.
From choosing the raw material till the final dispatch of end product, the quality controllers of our organisation abide by quality management program at every stage. To produce a high quality range of fabric, we rely on our sophisticated infrastructure and diligent workforce.When designing them we are inspired by new ideas and the opportunities provided by materials and technological advances, which our Creative Department uses as a starting point each season to anticipate emerging fashion trends. In each collection the brand presents a selection of fabrics with special properties for suits, jackets and trousers designed to offer greater functionality and quality.
